Abi Varathanathan is the Head of Co curricular and Outreach at Blackheath High School GDST; a girls independent day school in Greenwich. She teaches Mathematics for students in Year 7-13, alongside being Head of house and a year 9 form tutor. She is a Mathematics teacher training scholar alumni (2016/17). Abi is a Global Action Research Collaborative (GARC) Fellow with the International Coalition of Girls Schools (ICGS) and a part of the research champion community with the Girls Day Schools Trust (GDST). Abi is also a governor at Red Hill primary school in South East London.
