Zubin Siganporia

Zubin Siganporia is an industrial mathematician who founded QED Analytics, a consultancy for high-end mathematical modelling and data analytics. His work has spanned sectors including finance, government, biotechnology, and Olympic sport. In 2018, he gave a keynote speech at the largest data science conference series in the world.

Zubin is involved in a number of outreach projects to inspire schoolchildren in areas of mathematics and science, and he holds several positions at Oxford University. After graduating with the highest combined examination and dissertation marks across the university, Zubin became a lecturer and tutor in pure mathematics at St Catherine’s College, and a visiting industrial fellow at the Mathematical Institute. He won the overall Oxford teaching prize across Mathematical, Physical, Life and Engineering sciences in 2016.
